Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

Boost Express

Boost Express is a heart pumping 30-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood. Suitable for all ages and stages of womanhood.

Pop Up Class

Pop Up Classes are held in a variety of locations, we enjoy exploring new parks and areas in our community. Each Pop Up class will have a different location, so be sure to note where each pop up class will be held! Most pop up classes are stroller friendly format, so pack up those kiddos and let's get some movement in!

Body Well

Body Well is a program you don't want to watch from the sidelines. It's about getting active, setting goals for yourself, meeting new friends, finding accountability and strength in motherhood. No age limit, no fitness requirement or experience to start needed! We encourage you to show up just as you ARE and become the best version of YOU. Shine Bright Beautiful!

Fit4Baby® 6-Week Session $150 Purchase required to enroll

Fit4Baby® is designed specifically for moms-to-be, our sessions include full body workouts using resistance bands, body weight, core balls, yoga mats and yoga blocks.

All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy.

You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
